It sounds to me like he is saying "Hi There" and not "higher", but I might be wrong. I like this song a lot, but have never been a big fan of the Gabriel 1980's videos. I liked a few years ago when this song was the official theme to Wrestlemania. Big Time by Peter Gabriel gave the biggest event in professional wrestling an even more big time feel.
