OMG, this song is just amazing! The most entertaining scene from the whole film Hercules. The German version is sung by Jocelyn B. Smith (yes, she's the one who sang Circle of Life, too), Tina Schitto, Sabine Hettlich, Ute Becker and Gundula Ulbrich. You'll surely think the lyrics don't make sense at all - well, in German they do. But as I mentioned before, in Hercules they used a lot of puns and idioms that are hard to translate. So that's why some things might sound strange.
Literal translations:
"etwas/jemanden an die Wand knallen" - bang st./so. on the wall
"Flasche" - bottle
"leere Flasche" - empty bottle
"jemanden in die Tasche stecken" - to put so. into the bag/pocket
"Geld wie Heu" - money like hay
"Muckis machen müde Männer munter wie 'ne Sau" - used to be an advertisement, they changed it though (it was for milk, not for muscles, duh). "Wie 'ne Sau" means "like a sow". Well...
"ein starkes Stück" - a strong piece (used in a positive or negative way)

No vocabulary this time, now go on and learn those idioms. ^^

I don't own this video, Hercules belongs to Disney!
