you need to have your hair a white blonde almost for blue to work otherwise itll mix with the yellow tones in your hair and turn green. :/

@Chinchillalover11001 honestly everyones hairis different. if u have virgin(undyed) hair it should take a good 30 mins to an hour from my experience. but like i said, it depenss on ur hair. do wut u feel comfortable with no one wants their hair to fall out. ur gonna need a pretty light faint yellow to platinum to get an intense blue. thats why alot of people prefer red and greens etc. its less damaging. GOOD LUCK!
