Very few composers have brilliant voices - they aren't trained the way legitimate singers are. Cut him some slack.

Alan is no singer that is so sure! WOW I was stunned that he could not sing very well being that he wrote such great songs~ But I am the opposite, I sing very well and play the piano VERY WELL but I can't write music! LOL! So I guess it depends on what you are blessed with.

His voice isn't that bad at all!! Incredible music that comes from him though! omg!

I dont care if his singing is not perfect, i bet he knows that. But he created these songs, he can sing them if he wants to! Plus, he puts a lot of feeling into the songs.
