材料
仿土雞腿、蔥絲、薑絲、鹽、雞精粉

做法
1.燒一鍋開水,將雞腿放入鍋中,水滾之後再蓋上鍋蓋,將火轉到最小,維持鍋中微滾即可,悶煮25分鐘,將煮熟的雞腿放入冰水中放涼。
2.雞腿剁開後,用雞湯調和少許的鹽與糖,將調味汁淋上雞腿,擺上蔥絲與薑絲。
3.將油加熱後淋到薑絲、蔥絲與雞腿上即可。
