I personally can attest to the homocidal tendencies of the Baum law firm. I was representing a man who rented a room in a home that Baum foreclosed on behalf of Freddie Mac. During the eviction proceedings, Baum was notified that there was no heat at the property but they refused to do anything. The tenant later died of a heart attack while clearing snow off the roof to try to stop a leak that was collapsing his ceiling. One dead peasant sacrificed to foreclosure profiteers.

"There but for the grace of God..." How many of us are just a couple of paychecks away from losing our homes? You don't have to be a wino, drug addict etc. to be homeless. So many people find themselves in dire straits after an unexpected operation, an unexpected lay-off, etc. I can understand these people being jaded by the work that they do, but that's NO excuse to not have compassion. They make their bread and butter on the backs of these people losing their homes, and they mock them. Sick.
