@sha11235 it probably is the same muppet that is Kermit,I know a skit where Herry Monster tells Grover the alphabet and the first one he tell's is someone named Pamela,who you can tell is Kermit with extra fur added on

I love the city Muppet. When he said "cats" though I thought he meant actual cats and that didn't make sense to me. I was too young to get the slang reference. Also, his head sort of looks like Kermit, doesn't it?
