Rare snow? Like last years and the year before that? When NASA dragged us out of Redondo Beach King Harbor and dumped us out here (yes I'm culture shocked!) I was told it didn't snow. BS. This is our 3rd Christmas up here and it's snowed each winter. So rare? I hope so!
