  • Yummy I'd eat it raw/fast steamed even the broccoli :D

  • Fruit and vegetable juices count as a serving too. Even a serving of beans counts. It's easier than you think to get your daily quota.

One Banana or 1/2 cup of berries with cereal and one cup of healthy fruit or veg juice = 2

a two cup salad with a sandwich for lunch = 2 servings

one cup serving of veg with dinner and a piece of fruit after = 2 servings

There you go - 6 servings. Not so bad, eh? Enjoy nature's bounty and eat up.

  • I found that 5 servings for me is not enough considering that it's the main food group in my diet. Juicing is wonderful and there alone I use about 10 servings, then some cooked veggies with other meals.

  • nice & cool =p
