Excitebike is one of 3 games Nintendo released for their "Programmable Series." This game had a very neat feature that was not common at all in 1984 - a map making mode. Check out how this game holds up today, some 25 years later.
i had to blow on the nintendo games as well as inside the cartridge channel several times just to actually play a game though. (yes, i kept my nintendo rather clean back in the day)..THAT was a drawback of Nintendo. But most games still kicked ass for their time.
one of my fav games for the NES, next to mario and tyson punchout and R.B.I. baseball. my brother and I used to do 25 game seasons on RBI baseball. and hold playoffs and WS lol. those were the fucking days<-------
