There's A Clown In My Basement

BACKGROUND:
My house is kind of weird. The only door to it opens into my back yard. Normally it is padlocked shut and a safe place, but ever so often I forget to lock it and you just never know what might get in there. Sometimes a cat, sometimes a rabbit, sometimes... well other stuff.

Last night, off and on, I kept thinking I could hear calliope music outside. I thought I could also hear a funky horn sound once in a while. Tonight I found they were coming from my basement. While investigating down there, I think I might have seen a clown lurking in the shadows. Please watch this video and see what you think it is.
