How has no-one commented on the video at 10:10? - I was proud of that.

On the face of it, life is full of of contradictions. I do love to observe wildlife but control vermin in areas where it is a problem. My land is loaded with rabbits but they don't affect the land or local stock so they aren't a problem. I like to see them.
I really don't like Beyonce's rubbish and I wouldn't watch a video or listen to any of her 'music' by choice. If I did, then commented on it, I would feel a bit strange.

@pondguru i think you've made some good videos and found them to be the most useful on the web. im now thinking along the lines of a ruger 10/22 semi auto using subsonic it looks good for the job not to overkill. i look forward to your next video and anything you can do to show the ruger and possibly its effective range would be appreciated. cheers!

Glad you found them useful. I don't see the need to show creatures getting shot, even though those videos would no doubt get hundreds of thousands of views, so its good when someone appreciates the message of thinking more about the processes involved before the trigger is pulled as thats the important stuff.
Accuracy and efficiency are always top of the list but if you also see a good amount of wildlife by creeping about then that makes for an even better day shooting.

@pondguru ive just watched all of your videos and found them very helpful and informative with regards to the gun i need for the land i have to protect. thank you
in regards to badmanfann's comment i have 15acres of allotments plagued with rabbits that eat half of the fruit and veg that everyone grows. they all eat the rabbits i shoot and the rest get sold to the local butcher but regardless the rabbits need to be controlled.
-
Why are you using so many question marks? Do you need to use them? I don't so.
-
And your killing rabbits why??? are u going to eat them?? i don't think so
-
No worries - thanks for watching.
-
your bald and youve a cool goatie

@TheBowieman Hunting like bondguru is doing it would be most humane way to rabbit to go greeier pastures. if you thin other possibilities how rabbir dies to eat from the living by fox or falcon, get diseased and starv to death, when hunter shoot rabbit death comes in seconds not in minutes, hours, or days. think about that hippie

I could just delete this comment but by using capital letters for the whole rant, you have practically done that yourself.
Good for you.

YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO KILL OTHER ANIMALS,BELIEVE ME WHAT GOES ROUND COMES ROUND.THEIR WILL COME A DAY YOU WILL REGRET EVETY INNOCENT ANIMAL YOU KILLED!!
-
No worries. I wish I had more time to get out with my kids but damn work gets in the way.
Thanks for watching.

I have noticed that the videos where animals are being shot seem to attract stupid sweary comments and its rare for my videos to do so - Its almost like the sort of people who want to see animals die for fun just switch my videos off after a couple of seconds once they realise its all talking.
-
I'm into the whole bushcraft and wildlife watching thing but would be into hunting a lot more if it wasn't frowned upon so much by people with an uneducated view of the real world. A perfect day out for me would be to take all 4 of my kids out into the wilds, sleeping in hammocks then up early for a spot of hunting for dinner. 3 out of my 4 kids know how to skin a rabbit but have never shot one due to todays current restrictions.
Cheers for posting the vids, always learning.

Nice one chap! Helpful as always and well played with the flatulence!

@drjazzisme Thats ok,and thanks to you also for not slagging me off, deleting or barring. And although I did expected to find comments directed at me telling me F..K off,I've only had 2 putting their understandable viewpoint, and one giving an unreasonable argument about animals not having the right to live peacefully on this earth.yes I did see last few seconds off video, but as you can see to write a comment we have to scroll down which means I didnt watch video. But i did hear you say communist.

One 'dislike'?

@pondguru yeah alot can't understand a clean kill...when they see there legs freeze and nerves kick they assume there in agony....in reality they probably didnt even hear the bullet (crack) shot from the barrel...thats how fast it is.

Yes, you will need a firearms license. I think there is a video on fieldsports1 channel about license application - a link to his channel is on my 'other channels' list on my channel.
I do intend doing a video about application but its been so long since i got mine I don't know if there are new requirements and rules since I applied years ago.
