  • @Cxeri93 Actually he's right. Although it depends on what your definition of 'hard' is. In order for Reynolds to get the body he had for Green Lantern he spent 90 minutes to 2 hours in the gym, 7 days a week, mixing cardio and strength training throughout those days. He also had his trainer cook all his meals 6 days a week and it still took 5 months. Now, personally I don't have that kind of time nor motivation so for me it's hard but for a celebrity who only does this, it's easy.
