Code 3 Mastercom Siren and MX7000 Lightbar

This is my Code 3 Mastercom Siren controlling a MX7000 lightbar of my lightbar collection.
It has 200W sirenpower connected with a FedSig TS100 Speaker and a 100W resistor to protect the speaker.
The lightbar has 10W halogen bulbs in the rotators, because my powersupply only has 12V 8A *G* so I downgraded the bulbs to be able to power the lightbar.
The resistor becomes very hot! I think I have build a cooler with fan for it.
