That white dot is an ice particle from the spacecraft. That happens all the time. Allready John Glenn saw them during USA's first manned orbital flight.

More than likely it's some debris that's trapped in orbit around the moon. Notice how the movement is completely uniform and proportional to the movement of the service module.
