Hi, What's the internal diameter of your oven ? was looking at the forno bravo plans and they are for 36" internal but yours doesn't look that big.
The reason I ask is I'm short on space for my oven and was trying to figure out what the smallest I could get away with.

I notice that the chimney height changes at about 1min 26s in the video - was there a reason for this? Love the oven and you've more than inspired me to eventually get around to doing my own one this spring. I'll doing one about the same size as yours. Cheers - JD.

well spotted!... the smaller chimney is fixed to the brick work i then made another chimney slightly bigger which slides over the fixed one ( detachable ) this means i can put a cover over the whole oven in the winter without the tall part of the chimney. good luck with the build its hard work but definitly worth it.

I want to build one, but I have lots of questions. Here's one for you. What's the advantage/disadvantage of a dome shaped oven over an barrel shaped oven?

@larry9247 there isnt really it might take longer top heat with a barrel but would probably hold the heat longer
