And probably the most boring. But then again, when I told that to my students and had them give me feedback, most said that if you followed along with what the presenter (a professor emeritus of P...

I am not a spoiled brat nor am I vile. But you are a deeply angry individual who gets off on your own seething anger.

I'm not a techno hermit (obviously or I wouldn't be on here), though at times I wish I were.
I don't have the skills to live harmoniously in my environment but I do try moderation. I receive my electric from a windmill compny, we have 1 car we limit use with, 1 tv, 1 computer. I don't kill evergreens @ Winter Solstice to celebrate their life. I compost & recycle.

Capitalism means production in private sector has no concern if what they are producing is needed as long as someone buys their stock. middlemen buy from middlemen & the end-user is left with a product that doesn't last because if it did then you wouldn't be back to spend again. It's all about the profit of the purchase....... how much can be charged before people stop buying.
Capitalist greed is worst kind, steamrolling over anyone in their way so they can line their own pockets.

100% Capitalism, like in the USA, is an unfriendly environment where the elderly have to choose between buying meds or eating, and many sustain themselves on pet food.
It is an unforgiving place, where if things change ur life which are beyond ur control there is no help and you can find urself & kids living out of ur car if u're lucky enough to still own one.......the rich get richer and the poor buy coke & crap processed food with food stamps.

You have no concept of what you are talking about. Where people are starving out right, their corrupt governments are living in luxury instead of feeding or educating their people.
I live in Ireland, though I am not native, and watch people with barely any money of their own donate to these starving countries only for reports to come out that most of what's donate is either taken by the governments and/or the goods are being left & forgotten in containers, not distributed.

Spoiled brat. You would be living in a hut and by enjoying a 35 year life span if not for capitalism. You see where people are starving? It's where technology and the modern world HAVEN'T been. It's where women are murdered for the crime of being raped.
You don't deserve the bed you sleep in. You're a vile, awful human being. Capitalism means the means of production are in the private sector. There's greed in communist/socialist countries, but you have people starving instead of creating wealth.

Your thinking isn't "common sense".

When you divide $100 by 10 years (according to your example) all you end up with is $10 per year...not 10%. The 10, I guess, that you're calculating would be how much, on average, did your money increase per year during the decade...and the answer is $10 per year....

IE: 7% growth rate = start at $100 you'll end up with $200 in a decade.

If you take $100 and divide by 10 years (like u did) then you get $10 per year.

When the "white man" arrived in the New World and the world Down Under they thought the local natives to be savages and yet these natives were able to feed their people, clothe their people and heal the sick while doing less damage to Mother Earth in the 40,000 years before the White Man than the 250 years since the white man laid waste to these lands. Now we are teetering on implosion with no one to blame but ourselves!

Modern Civilization........... my arse!

Capitalist development originated with the industrial revolution. Mass production of raw materials into goods 4 people who have yet 2 consider IF they even want the product so that the manufacturer can get the masses 2 purchase their goods. Because of the Capitalist deep desire to accumulate as much profits as possible, typically at any expense, more natural resources are reaped shoving more people into concrete jungles & poverty to line the pockets of the capitalist few.

(your English is fine)
