Except that only a third of this area is arable/inhabitable,
This makes only 1.75 people/acre
This land must also feed the majority of the the worlds population who live in the cities.
In 2040 we will be 9 billion this would mean 1.36/acre.
Except as cities grow, swallowing up more land, the screw tightens. Then soils become depleted and fresh water per capita decreases till unviable.
Just focus on population growth and fresh water supply.
