Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Bunch of parsley
1 -1.5 heads of Garlic
1.5 cups of plain vinegar
¾ cup of water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
3 English peppers
3 Bay leaves (herb)
Sprinkle of red chili
Black peppers to taste
How to prepare:
Chop the parsley rough
Grind the Garlic and add to the parsley
Put a pot on a medium hit, and add the vinegar, the water,
Sugar,
Salt,
Paprika,
English pepper and bay leaves,
Chili
And black pepper
Bring to a boil and turn the fire off.
Wait 5 min,
Pour the liquid on the parsley and the garlic till its covered.
Wait for one hour and then pour into a closed container.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least one night before using.
Last for six month in the refrigerator
Excellent on BBQ meat, fried steaks, fish or chicken.

Interesting recipe, although this is NOT original Argentine chimichurri. Why the cheesy B-movie soundtrack?

@AquarianTigerProdCo This is my mom's recipe, original from Santa Fe, Argentina, but there are many version for chimichurri :)

There is no need for Oil in this recipe.
That's why it's low fat and healthy:)
