This is not in Utah. This was done in New York. It is a joke, a spoof on all of the prop 8 protests near the temple in NYC. It was done for the LDS Young Single Adult film festival that we do here. I am pretty sure that there was no money involved, unless a bucket of candy that serves as the winner's prize counts. Just for fun.
