anything would seem fast compared to a 1.3 nova! and that was far from fast it was only 230bhp add 100hp more then a 75shot of nos and that is fast.

what dump/chatter valve you have on it.

doesnt have a dump valve on it , just put the air filter close to the turbo and run a good bit of boost and it will sound like that
