@celeriacmarcus It's most comparable to potatoes (as far as root vegetables go), but it's more fibrous once cooked.

@celeriacmarcus Kappa is essentially just tapioca - it's a root vegetable similar to Yams but it's a bit more starchy and usually made savoury :)

hmm i wouldn't serve it right away.. fish needs some hours to absorb the flavours.. i would have it over night and reheat it.
