  • Business plans are great, but many of these methods such as formal planning do not allow for change and therefore will ultimately become ineffective for many projects. Check out my project management blog and see what you think.

  • @BillyWaters101 @BillyWaters101 Thanks for the feedback Billy and we couldn't agree more with your point about certain plans being ineffective for certain goals. Tim talks a lot during this series about building the type of plan that is right for you. He also goes into that point in more detail in our Ask Tim Berry series in this video "What type of business plan do I need?"
