It's "Bat-Ha-La", not "Ba-Ta-La". Stress on Baybayin is on the 2nd syllable not the first one. It's like with the word "Tagalog", stress in the 2nd syllable. that's the general rule for Tagalog words. I know English normally stresses the first syllable, but Filipinos won't understand you if your stress is wrong.

I know you try to endorse Baybayin and it apparently is working for Americans, but I don't understand your Tagalog. Seriously not one word. But it's good that your trying. It's just your stress is all wrong. You also have wrong syllable boundaries. You could improve by taking Tagalog classes. The phonemes are ok, since you're not a Filipino and got this american phoneme inventory.

@ryansaid123 Thank you much for your support, ryan. NG is always a tricky sound, but in the case of Hangin, it would be ha-ngin. So, it would be written as "Ha-Ngi-N". Or if you're just writing traditional, it would be "Ha-Ngi". Hope this helps. ~cyph
