Regarding the top comment: Governments 'running shit' isn't the problem. It's one thing to say that we should stop sending foreign aid to these countries, yet it's another when we aren't the ones making those decisions. It is worse when the corporations run governments.

no, the United States has "good healthcare" compared to third world nations. What country are you referring to that has a collapsing healthcare system?

State-run insurance spends 97 cents for every dollar spent on patient treatment, whereas private insurance spends 75 cents. Healthcare in America fails. Insurance won't even cover you if you're truly sick. That's where the govt steps in and regulates. How can you deny a sick person insurance if they've been paying for it?
