I have just returned from a week there, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Can't wait to go back! Seeing this video was good, reminds me of the fun I had :)

you wernt the last camp my sqn or (230 congleton sqn). went from the 23rd-27th of august. coz as u will know having been to aldegrove u will know that one of the sqn's based there is 230 RAF. our sqn has a very good link as one of our CI's used to be in 230 RAF as a load master.

They're Replicas sold in the nearby town of Portrush. They do visits there for every camp.

Isn't there one more, a very final one next year???? Pretty sure it was decided that a final Mach will be held

I went to this camp Just not long ago From the 8th to the 15th of august 2009 sadly enough there wont be anymore Trips going to RAF aldergrove No.2 Welsh wing (my wing) was the last one to go there We had a really fun day and Solardavey the L98 Guns are live and DO carry Live rounds. I shot 20 live rounds in the same Range as them So your completely wrong. P.s everyone NO.2 WELSH WING ALL THE WAY!!! SQD 2474 FTW!! <3

@dazaboy2k9 which song do you mean? First ones "Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines" from the film of the same name. Second one is "Goodbye Mr A" by The Hoosiers. Third is "Chelsea Dagger" by The Fratellis. Ending once again with "Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Macines"

@alistaro They are confiscated guns that have been confiscated by the MP and local police. they are in an un-useable state.
