Who's That Woman In The Window ??? It's Monique Victoria

As I mentioned earlier, L.A.'s Fashion Night Out had Live Mannequins all over the place, and the Beverly Center Celebrations seemed to have them in virtually every store.

But there's definitely one Live Mannequin who truly took the cake last night, and those accolades go out to Monique Victoria, or as the rest of the world may know her, Monique Weingart, who was a contestant on America's Next Top Model Cycle 16. The 5' 11" Chicago native has got sort of this "Olivia Wilde" thing going for her, and while I'm sure she gets a little tired of the comparisons, she definitely takes the sex appeal up quite a few notches.

Take for example when she was in the window for the store "Image" in the Beverly Center. While Nicole Richie's House of Harlow Fashion Show was going on, Monique was stopping foot traffic and drawing a crowd of her own. Monique is the prime example of my statement I made earlier today, that if the Fashion Industry used more Hot Models to model their clothing in store windows, I'm sure their sales would pick up some. I know, I know... There's something a little "Red Light District-y" about the whole thing.

But I'll Tell you One Thing:
