@NinjaKrow assholes like that are born because they think lifting weights and being a total meathead is enough to beat someone up. i beleive if you use taekwondo properly according to your style, its very useful. jeet kune do !!

The song is called "Music in my Mind" by Goodbye Kelly, a band I played with in college.

You're welcome. You won't find the song online. "Goodbye Kelly" was my band in college. We never found a distributor for our CD. I use my songs in a number of the videos I've posted.
