    Thanks for this video. It is rare to see someone be real about supplements and these are truly the basics and all one needs. Most guys push creatine like it is a miracle powder. Great points on aminos.

  • can i take whey and creatine together at the same time? meaning its all in one drink? including the simple carbs?

  • @Supplementnewbie It is suggested that creatine be taken sperately from other foods. Mix it with a non-citric juice or in water with a small amount of suger (half a teaspoon), sorry for the delay in answering your question.

    what will be ideal time gap to drink whey and creatine,

    what I heard is take creatine before 10 min of workout and then after workout take whey.

    what's your suggestion.?

  • WHAT IF YOURE TAKING ANTI-DEPRESSANTS-NOTABLY-PROZA­C-ZYPREXA-TRAZADONE.ive been told creatine is a no-no.however-whey protein is OK.
