This vid is ridiculously off sync. I also wonder why they keep starting with PM.Doesn't AM come first? Kinda ironic with the Japan being the land of the rising sun an' all that. The vid is very instructive otherwise..but can be misleading for those who never took classes.

and if you want to sound like a duche bag in japanese, as we do in english, you can say the time backwards. Thats not a dig on japanese-i love japanese-i just cant stand ppl who say its 10 min to two. I dont want to have to do math to figure out the time, just tell me the time.

分 minute. In the video it called "fun" but in Google translate it called "bun". And same with 時 hour(called "toki" - not "ji"). Which one is correct ??? plz reply! thx.

@suineg1 They are all correct. Most kanji have more than one pronunciation. 分 is fun but becomes "bun" or "pun" after certain sounds. And the two pronunciations for 時 are the "Chinese" (on) and native Japanese (kun) pronunciations.
