A plane can never be hijacked with a locked cockpit door. I know many commercial pilots that tell me the same thing. It is impossible to hijack an airliner, so TSA should only search for bombs. Even that really makes no since because a NY City bus has a many people on it a many airplanes and nothing has ever happened with zero security.

There is no rational basis for the TSA, except of the emotional security it gives irrational people. .
