sugar free pretzels? omg i want! lol. i haven't had chocolate in forever! lol. when my dogs have accidents i pour really hot water on the stain, let it sit for at least 15 minutes then spray it with bissel foam spot removal. and then scrub til clean. Congrats on your 7 week weight loss! Your baby and dog are adorable by the way lol.

Sugar Alcohol can cause gas, I am not sure what else..my sister says too much makes her ill, dizzy, diahrea, etc

Thank you, I haven't had any adverse reactions to the sugar alcohol yet..maybe a little gas, that's all. I am careful!

Hey Darcy ~ Sorry I've been gone for a while! Tough breaks on the carpet, hopefully you got it out! You are looking great, and congrats on the week loss! Question, are you "allowed" to eat foods with carbs yet??? I was advised to wait till the 6 month mark. Just wondering? Have a great week.

No, I am not supposed to be eating "white carbs"...but I was okayed to eat veggies and fruits, so I guess I eat those carbs..haven't had any regualr pasta, bread, rice, etc.. have been okay with a small amount of Barilla Whole wheat Plus, and a little bit of a steamed dumpling...What I am really DYING for is a SALAD!!!

Don't let your doggie get ahold of your sugar alcohol chocolate! He'll have the worst case of gas ever! LOL!

Try concentrated Lysol, not the kind you clean your bathroom with but its in a tiny brown bottle, and the resolve pet stain remover and a little bit of bleach, in a tank of water. Just use a little bit of bleach so you don't bleach your carpet, but it works for my dogs uhm accidents.

OMG I would be way too nervous about any bleach on my carpeting..but Lysol and resolve sounds like a good idea. Thanks!
