A for half a measure, D5 for a quarter, then back to A for the rest of the measure, down to G for another measure, then Bm for an entire measure, for half of the next measure by Bm7 (play it like you would Bm but add an A note on the B string by pressing on the 10th fret) and finish the measure by playing another variant of Bm7 (just barre the 7th fret and press on the 9th fret of the A string). Thats pretty much the chorus for teh guitar.
