  • @MrJohnisthename I wondered if running the spin cycle twice would remove more moisture but hadn't tried it yet. I'll give it a try. : )

  • @markhinr true that, my Maytag would press the clothes into the holes arounnd the tub . Also dry time is reduced it you run the spin cycle twice

  • 700 rpm is just a normal high speed for a typical washing machine spin cycle. If you get a higher efficiency washer with 1600 rpm spin, there will be much less moisture left in the clothes. Thus, much less drying time required and a lower electric bill for running the dryer.

  • Nice speed on  the kenmore elite with the different thing in middle( would spell but i goof spellin) mine hits 1000+ on high spin 800 for med n 600 for low spin!
