'That Old Feeling' was performed by Judy on 'The Judy Garland Show,' March 13, 1964. A classic ballad sung by a Classy Lady.
I included some rare clips ... one in particular has never, that I know of, been shared on Youtube. ... Judy participates in a fashion show filmed on April 13, 1964, to honor the movie 'The Chalk Garden' as a benefit for the new Hollywood Museum. Also, clips from Judy's opening at the Coconut Grove, Ambassador Hotel. 1959.
While the clips may not be the best quality ... frankly, anything we can see of such a sublime performer is a gift that Judy gave to us ...
Words by Lew Brown, music by Sammy Fain, 1937.
I saw you last night and got that old feeling,
When you came in sight, I got that old feeling.
The moment that you danced by I felt a thrill,
And when you caught my eye, my heart stood still.
Once again I seemed to feel that old yearning,
And I knew the spark of love was still burning,
There'll be no new romance for me, it's foolish to start,
For that old feeling is still in my heart.
There'll be no new romance for me, it's foolish to start,
For that old feeling is still in my heart.
