around here they're called "deferments". i took that option when i got a DWI back in the day. i had several conditions to meet, and when they were met, my record was clean. on a side note, i stopped drinking after that, and have been out of trouble ever since.

to pigdogface, any diversion usually mean's thay are saving you from having a permenant record. sound's like u will be diverted out of the regular system, into a special program. tht's usually for 1st time ofender's
