me struggling through one of the BodyRocker workouts. By the way I made it through all 4 rounds. www.bodyrocker.tv is the truth her workouts always get me sweaty. Now I need to go finish cleaning, laundry, twisting my hair and the 50 million other things I have to do, but my health and home are number 2 and 3, second to God see ya at church tomorrow.

@ Denise I did P90X, for 60 days then I started training for my 10K which took persidence over P90x. Insanity I tried but wasn't motivated at the time.
