The difference between slavery and modern "freedom" is that you can now choose to quit your job and seek employment elsewhere. Your employer does not have the right to sell you to another employer. Though there are many companies that have legal agreements not to hire each others employees without permission.

"damaged merchandise" is the goal of many that feel that others are too weak to obtain their purpose. what i mean is many prey on the weakness of others and use that as a model for their success. For those education is the most scary concept.
