Because you ain't seen Shod's pixelated peengass until you've witnessed it in glorious HD.
Basically, this is just a slight re-editing of the original series of moving puckered lip pictures. Changes include significantly improved sound effects, some different footage inserted here and there, and of course a huge jump in picture and audio quality.
