Christy Turlington Burns discusses the importance of training more health care workers. Christy Turlington Burns is an American model best known for representing Calvin Klein. Christy Turlington Burns most recently founded Every Mother Counts, an advocacy and mobilization campaign to increase education and support for maternal mortality reduction globally. EMC was founded after the completion of Christy's documentary, "No Woman, No Cry," about maternal mortality in Tanzania, Bangladesh, Guatemala, and the United States.
