Scelsi- Piano Suite No. 9 "Ttai"

One of Giacinto Scelsi's middle works, his ninth piano suite, "Ttai" (1953), based on the mantra "Om", meaning "universe"; its form is comprised of both allusion to the repetitious aspects of Eastern chanting, and of his own extrapolation on the word's meaning.

@daniel15671 "The anthrax attacks." There were no anthrax attacks. It was actually a sarin gas attack he planned and had his followers execute. His followers boarded a train during the morning rushhour (so as to affect as many people as possible) carrying sarin gas in plastic packets, which they popped with umbrellas when the train was well on its way, thereby releasing it, and poisoning hundreds of morning commuters. Few deaths, so while frightening, it was a pretty pathetic attack.
