It truly astounds me that some overzealous "critics" on this video shoot Maestro Shaham down for....his intonation? If this does not meet the standards of today's (admittedly high) level of perfection, then I am afraid to see what you think of other great artists.
As the cellist Zuill Bailey says, "A critic is someone who watches the battle from the sidelines and then goes down to shoot the dead".
This is a truly phenomenal performance; I can feel the love and passion in every note.

Those can, they play. Those who cannot, they teach. Those who can do neither, become critics. Please stop criticising great performers. Remember they are humans, and they are trying their best
