  • cool video. Also Increasing the rate of the exercise for 5 mins and then go back to moderate-rate mode it also helps burning fat.

  • @AmsterSTAN I'll be the first to admit my mistake in my previous comment regarding ACE, and that I wasn't 'paying attention' - I was talking about international recognition; you were talking about it being nationally accredited.

I deleted the comment. If you want to refute it, you can c&p what I wrote here. As for the other portion of the comment, I made no mistake. Have a good day ;)

  • @AmsterSTAN There's not point in this debate anymore, simply because instead of refuting points in the blog or my statements, you talk nonsense about photoshopped pictures and what not. You attacked me personally. You made assumptions. You went OFF TOPIC about bf% monitors and numbers which I did not mention about. That pretty much proves it - you're not worth my time. If you are so eager to wear the rhinestone belt, there, you can have it - knock yerself out.

  • @VBSVBS

Enough back and forth btw. This is not the place. Come by for a light-beer some time and we'll wrestle for the right to wear the rhinestone belt.

  • @VBSVBS

Sometimes serious health and fitness professionals need to take you tools down a peg. Some of us are reluctant to. I have no problem showing you the door.

In response: Again, pay attention. I said NATIONALLY accredited organization. Not international. Also, your link points to some vague blog, with photoshopped pictures on it, that specifically states there is no 'UN of certification organizations'.

I remember making pictures like that, I was 10 years old.

    Thx for playing.

  • @AmsterSTAN NO ONE would want to lose healthy mass of muscles, though the reality is that you cannot completely eliminate catabolism - you simply minimize it. I don't see how 'unhealthy' is my approach to focus on fat loss.

  • @AmsterSTAN You can go on attacking me personally, I don't care - I'm just starting a healthy discussion. And who talked anything about taking bf% measurements and the measuring tools? Who talked about numbers? I merely mentioned 'fat loss'. In fact, I think that bf monitors are a waste of money; the best tool for fat monitor? The mirror. Your eyes cant lie to you when you gained muscles and lost fat.

  • @AmsterSTAN Someone's getting pretty riled up. Unlike you, I'm not going to make any assumptions and I'm not going to attack you personally, like you did to me. And FYI, my goal in fitness is not bodybuilding.
