As you'll see with this video, we have lots of fun making The Business Hub every week.
On 27 June 2010 our special guest was Andy Gibney who demonstrated his famous "One Inch Punch" on Ian McKendrick. Mark Peters captured this on a mobile phone, so apologies for the poor quality.
You can listen a podcast of this episode here: http://www.markandian.com/businesshub/2010/06/the-business-hub-show-podcast-2...
And while you're at it and browsing our site, why not subscribe to our podcasts and listen in on the fun we have on the show every week?

@GyverDarkHero Thanks for your feedback. On the slow-mo it does look a bit ropey. It was a bit of fun to explain a point. Thank you for sharing the normal martial arts mentality that exists in the world. No sense of humour, my dad's better than your dad and I can do it better than you. I'll somehow struggle along in my world without you.

Thats the worst one inch punch ive ever seen in my life,my six year old child can do better than that,,,for starters not only was there no body stucture but he also pulled back quite a few inches (6-8 inches) back.It was a push not a punch because his entire body moved backwards on impact,,,a real one inch punch does not send you flying back it drops you to the ground where u stand, the body having wraped around the fist.i dunno where u learned that but it need a bit of work.

Hmm he pulled back before striking instead of using body and arm twist. 6 Inch punch =) but a decent one
