Unemployment can shatter the psyche - the sense of fear, futility and worthlessness can be overwhelming. During this traumatic time how can we experience the real presence of God in our lives, his hand directing us, and leading us to true success? It is possible that this oppressive time can actually become a huge opportunity to re-shape our beliefs and to live from a place of authenticity. The work is hard, but the reward is beyond any title or toy we could accumulate.
Moderator: Monsignor Michael Heintz '08 Ph.D, director of Notre Dame's Master of Divinity program.

This is terrific and serves as a great follow-up to a meeting we held last night for the members of SING, a ministry serving those who are in-transition, St. Isidore Catholic Church, Danville, CA. I have just sent this out to the over 600 executives, managers, and professionals our ministry serves. Go Irish!
