Could you tell me the steps to learn 3D Studio Max to this level, I am a humble beginner, and my only wish is this. Links to tutorials, etc... ;) thanks in advance.

@AitorVillalta: Hi! The most important is your will! If you really wish to Get to this level and further, noone can stop you. As for tutorials, a good place is 3dtotal.com When I was learning this, there was not too much info, so I made 75% of this alone... It took me a lot of time. I used the 3ds max Bible too :)))

@nikoladechev Hi again, I'm already working on it. Thanks for the link. Materials and textures are no problem for me,reactor seems easy.. but particles, realflow, and animations still give me headaches. not meeting the Vray xD ... i think it´s a plugging like other but i don´t find it ... I know "mental ray" ... it´s the same ???

@AitorVillalta: You shoud try Vray, yes :) It's made here, in Bulgaria in my town :))) (That makes me proud somehow, being in the 3D industry). Mental Ray is also a good render, integrated in 3d studio.

This is just too crazy for my feeble little mind, I should come back in a few years and try to wrap my head around these insane graphics then.
