Nice work, the progress over your first version is clear. I do wish you would have put in some closer shots of the face though, so we can see the detail better.

how you made cloth like that?? when i use cloth modifier and make 'simulate local' everything go down and start getting strech.

Lookin' good. I think this one looks more like Cloud from the face. Also everything looks a lot more detailed. ----
