I survived...(TV show)

I love shows like this every once in a while(cause they can be tough) because they help you not to take your life for granted. You see people who have went through life and death situations and how scary it would be for each of us to experience it. It helps me to think more positive, forgive a little faster, laugh at myself more, take more risks, believe in myself, and basically just to live life. No matter how invincible we think we are, the reality is we are not. So go out and achieve your goals, and believe you will succeed!

I love this show to. I watch it all the time. It premieres on the Bio channel (usually on digital cable), that's where they show the new episodes. But it is such an inspirational and encouraging show that really demonstrates the strength of the human spirit.
