I really like this video, Im still trying to decide whether I want to but this hair from company or not, thanks for the info this is really helpful in making a decison and, its is very informative and to hear a personal experience from a college student like me...

I'm pretty sure because she's overwhelmed with orders that's why she cant get the hair to us faster but by now she should of hired more help in that case because I ordered my hair the 26th of september and I'm still waiting for my hair and it's oct 15 now so as for me buying again...Maybe but for next purchase I'm going to try a next company

u read my thoughts exactly!!! the shipping thing messed with me from the beginning, but then i got to the stage where i just wanted it to arrive, so when i got it, i was simply happy for the fact that it had arrived!! but yea, the customer service is totally jacked up,,as a new business, that should be one of your main priorities, cause that ur reputation right there...anyway great video :-)

dang , now i dont know if i want to order the hair! it seemed great for the price and the way it looked on fabulasity made me fall in love lol. customer service is key, can make u loose customers.

I think the problem is so many pple are used to getting things fast when ordered. I took me a total of 9 days to recieve my hair ordered on the 10th and recieved on the 19th. She answered all my questions promptly. I love the hair!!
everybody 22inch looks short compared to fabulasity btw pretty hair you have but just saying

@poohray12 Yeah I was thinking that too but Fabulasity stated that she was like 5 6 or so. Im 5 10 so I knew it wasnt going to be the same length on me. I probably should have shown the back.. My baddd :D

i took me 13 days to receive my hair & I had to stalk her for a tracking #...hopefully the customer service gets much better!
