He did have one, it was just never made public. He's involved in multiple doping cases anyway, so why you're protecting him I don't know. Just look up at the Mantova doping case. His name was mentioned there as well.

@soulripper31 it says everything that when Danish interviewers just say his name Then the Tour de franch boss get busy running away saying no comments because they made a modtand and they know it...

@soulripper31 and told rabobank to not let him start the day after and they might have Said Else they Will dó bla bla bla but they still dont have a positiv test not fair and not fair that they dont want him in the Tour 5 years after people who is taken for doping Can return after 2 years

@soulripper31 i Think you Got something wrong hé dont have a positiv doping test in 2007 hé Said hé was in Mexico when the dopetest's came to test him long time before the Tour Then everything was fine and hé could start in Tour de franch but when hé was 99,99% of winning the Tour they came up with that story and problem the guys behinde the Tour Said hé might be doped

typical danish dopers , no wonder 'cos denmark has an old time tradition in sports doping, since the 60s ......!!
Old newsflash..
Rasmussen pulled out of tour because of publicity resasons.
Had to do with sponsors, not with dope.
and the ban from monaco is closed door politics.
thanks to Bart Fransen and his rabo propaganda cronies, rasmussen's carreer was destroyed.
Besides Theo de Rooij [rabo cycling] appologized for his decission and quit. also E. Breukink quit rabobank.
Let Rasmussen Race.!!!
